Description

Sweetheart’s Deluxe Cabin is a favorite choice for honeymooners and couples celebrating anniversaries and special occasions.

In addition to being our largest cabin, this deluxe option offers a spacious separate room with a BIG JACUZZI/SPA, apart from the main queen bedroom. The second room also features a pulldown futon couch, which can be used by families or for additional space. The cabin boasts a romantic gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen (excluding an oven), a mini refrigerator, 2 stove top burners, a 4-cup coffee pot (we provide coffee pouches; use 2 for a strong pot), a microwave, and FREE Wi-Fi. For entertainment, you’ll find two flat-screen firestick smart TVs—one positioned for viewing from the bed and the other from the large jacuzzi. Outdoor amenities include a private charcoal grill, two shared propane grills, a fire pit area (charcoal and fluid should be brought; we provide wood or propane depending on the season), and a private porch with a porch swing and a picnic table. We provide coffee, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, towels, and linen, but please note that paper towels are not included.

Our cabins offer breathtaking views of the Mogollon Rim, and within a short distance, you’ll find 7 lakes and 5 streams and creeks. During your stay, you can enjoy various activities such as playing cornhole, bocce ball, croquet, disc golf, hiking, boating, trout fishing, ATV riding, mountain biking, bird watching, sitting around a campfire under the stars, or simply relax.

Neighborhood restaurants provide live outdoor music, dancing, and delicious meals.
The cabin comfortably accommodates 2 adults and 2 small children.
The rate is $255 per night, with no additional cleaning fees.
Pets are welcome, with an additional flat fee of $45.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

*If you cancel your reservation at least 14 days before the scheduled check-in date, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount you have paid.

*If you cancel your reservation at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in date, you will receive a 50% refund of the amount you have paid, minus the service fee.

*If you cancel less than 7 days before the scheduled check-in date, no refund will be provided. 

Please note that all cancellation deadlines are based on the property’s timezone.

Other Rules

Please note that you will be held responsible for any damage caused to the rental property by you or your party during your stay.

We kindly request that you take care of the property and report any damages or accidents that may occur.Smoking inside the cabin is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in a $250 fee, along with a $50 bedding fee. This includes smoking cigarettes, e-cigarettes, pot pens, vaping devices, and similar products. If you wish to consume cannabis, please do so outside the cabin or in your car.

Regarding pets, please be mindful of their waste. Failure to clean up after your pet will incur a $50 carpet cleaning fee. Pets should not be left unattended inside the cabin unless they are secured in a dog crate. We kindly ask for your cooperation in being considerate of other guests by preventing excessive barking. Additionally, please disclose all pets during your reservation. Failure to do so will result in double charges for any additional undisclosed pets.
