Sweetheart’s Cottage is a charming retreat that offers a fully equipped kitchen (excluding an oven), a small refrigerator, a microwave, a 4-cup coffee pot, a queen bed (sleeps 2), a spacious jacuzzi, a romantic gas fireplace, FREE Wi-Fi, a flat-screen smart TV with a fire stick, a private charcoal grill (charcoal and starter fluid should be brought), two community propane grills (propane is provided), a fire pit area, a private picnic table, and a porch swing. For entertainment, there are also horseshoes, cornhole, croquet, and bocce ball available.

During your stay, you can enjoy the provided amenities such as coffee, powdered creamer, sugar, salt and pepper, shampoo, conditioner, hand and dish soap, towels, and linens.

Immerse yourself in the natural surroundings! Embark on a multitude of hiking trails and discover captivating fishing spots spread across seven lakes and five nearby streams. The renowned “Two-Sixty” trailhead is a mere 6-minute drive away, with additional hiking trails along Colcord Road even closer. Revel in the stunning forested panoramas of the Mogollon Rim from our cabins. Throughout your stay, partake in diverse activities, whether it’s horseshoes, fireside relaxation, or unhurried unwinding. Upon request, indulge in games like disc golf, cornhole, bocce ball, croquet, and badminton. Adjacent to Woods Canyon Lake, you’ll find kayaks, pontoon boats, and more available for rent, while nearby lakes and streams provide opportunities for hiking, kayaking, boating, fishing, ATV riding, mountain biking, and birdwatching. The neighboring Christopher Creek area is renowned for its exceptional fishing and hiking experiences.

Local eateries offer a delightful blend of live outdoor music, dancing, pool tables, foosball, and flavorful cuisine.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

*If you cancel your reservation at least 14 days before the scheduled check-in date, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount you have paid.

*If you cancel your reservation at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in date, you will receive a 50% refund of the amount you have paid, minus the service fee.

*If you cancel less than 7 days before the scheduled check-in date, no refund will be provided.

Please note that all cancellation deadlines are based on the property’s timezone.

Other Rules

Please note that you will be held responsible for any damage caused to the rental property by you or your party during your stay. We kindly request that you take care of the property and report any damages or accidents that may occur.Smoking inside the cabin is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in a $250 fee, along with a $50 bedding fee. This includes smoking cigarettes, e-cigarettes, pot pens, vaping devices, and similar products. If you wish to consume cannabis, please do so outside the cabin or in your car. Regarding pets, please be mindful of their waste. Failure to clean up after your pet will incur a $50 carpet cleaning fee. Pets should not be left unattended inside the cabin unless they are secured in a dog crate. We kindly ask for your cooperation in being considerate of other guests by preventing excessive barking. Additionally, please disclose all pets during your reservation. Failure to do so will result in double charges for any additional undisclosed pets.
