Cancellations

  • 100% refund of the amount paid if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
  • 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
  • no refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
  • Cancellations deadlines are in  the property’s timezone.

Damages and Incidentals

A fully refundable security deposit will be collected on all rentals at the time of booking. $250 for the six cabins and $500 for the main house.

Cleaning Fees

All stays are subject to cleaning fees. Amount of fee depends on which unit you are staying in. The cleaning fees per stay are $75 for cabins #1-#4 & #6; $85 for cabin #5. The main house fee is $185. 

Pet Fees

Most pets are welcome.  If you plan to bring a pet, when selecting your booking, please indicate you have a pet as we do have a pet fee.  Amount of pet fee is $45 for cabins and $75 for house (per stay fee).  See final checkout for breakdown of all costs.  There is a $250 penalty that will be taken out of your security deposit if you have animals on the property without paying our advance pet fee.

Children of all ages, ranging from 0 to 17, are warmly welcomed to our accommodations. We provide futons, camping cots, cozy blankets and other essential amenities to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for your little ones.

Cleaning and Practices

We take great care to ensure that the space is clean, sanitized, tidy and fresh for each every guest!

In addition to adhering to all local laws and guidelines, for every check in we follow a 5-step enhanced cleaning process:

  • Prepare our equipment and ventilate the space before cleaning.
  • Clean each area by removing dust  and debris.
  • Sanitize all high-touch surfaces, appliances, and equipment.
  • Reset the space for the next guest and restock all supplies.
